COPILOT registration involves contact verification and, before Driver approval, face-liveness evidence. Personal data must be protected and handled in accordance with the current COPILOT privacy policy.
Identity and verification
Email, phone and live-face checks help protect the registration process. A successful selfie check does not replace government-issued Driver and vehicle document review.
Camera and permissions
Camera access is requested when you begin a live verification session. The live verification step is provided through the secure, authorised COPILOT provider.
Native-only journeys
Ride matching, precise active-trip location sharing, messaging and payment confirmations take place in the COPILOT mobile applications, not on this public website.
