Driver eligibility
You must be 18 or older, use only your own verified account, hold the required valid licences and registrations, and use the exact vehicle approved for your account.
Safety and responsibility
Follow road and transport laws, protect your passengers, respect privacy, never operate under the influence, and report incidents through the mobile COPILOT app.
Fair rides
Every fare must follow the recorded COPILOT offer and agreement process. A ride cannot begin without an agreed amount and the required pickup checks.
